ELK RIVER CAMPUS

Melissa Cribb – MS, LPCC, LADC is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.  She received her undergraduate degree from North Dakota State University in Child Development and Family Science and her graduate degree from St. Cloud State University in Community Counseling. She also received a certificate in Alcohol and Drug Counseling from St. Cloud State University. Melissa has experience working in high intensity outpatient, outpatient Mental Health, and harm reduction settings. She has done work in Chemical Dependency and Co-occurring Mental Illness and with the Rape and Sexual Abuse Center in Minneapolis. She specializes in therapy with individual and adolescents.

Emily Fossum – MA, LPCC is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with an undergraduate degree from the State University of New York–Empire State College and a Master’s degree from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Carpinteria, California. She has worked with individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illness, co-occurring disorders, grief and loss, trauma and life transitions. She specializes in working with adolescents and adults.

Rick Giovannetti – MSW, LICSW  is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with an undergraduate degree from the School of Social Work, University of St. Thomas and a Master’s Degree from the School of Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  He specializes in outpatient therapy with individuals, couples and families – children, adolescents and adults.

Christine Peña – MS, LMFT – is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from St. Cloud State University, and a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Cloud State University.  She provides individual, couples and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Christine uses an integrative & relational approach centered on meeting her clients where they are at in their process, while also utilizing skills from narrative, cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducational frameworks. In addition, she has experience working in outpatient and day treatment settings.

Kristi Sandin-Rieck – MSW, LICSW  is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota, and a Master’s Degree from the School of Social Work at the University of Minnesota.  She specializes in therapy with individuals, couples, and families, both adults and adolescents, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy groups with adults.

Nowai Tolbert – BSW  is a Graduate Student in Clinical Social Work and has over six years of working with individual of varying diagnosis in residential and group home settings. Received her Bachelors of Social Work from Wartburg College in Waverly Iowa with concentration in family counselling. Current graduate student of the Multicultural Clinical Practice Program at Augsburg College. She enjoys working with individuals from all backgrounds, interest, diagnosis and mental health concerns.

Jill Udermann – MA, LMFT  is a licensed marriage and Family Therapist with an undergraduate degree from St. Cloud State University in Psychology and  graduate degree from St. Mary’s University in Marriage and Family Therapy. In addition to all other ages, Jill is certified to work with the birth to five population and completed the Play Therapy program through Capella University. She has her Prepare/Enrich Certification and experience facilitating adult and teen DBT groups. Jill has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, couples, and family therapy both in residential settings, in home, and outpatient settings.

Assertive Community Treatment Team

Rebecca Reichard – MSW, LICSW currently serves as the Team Leader for the Elk River Assertive Community Treatment Team. She obtained her Bachelors and Masters degree’s through Saint Cloud State University. She has more than 15 years of experience supporting and guiding people throughout their recovery journeys. Prior to becoming a Team Lead, Rebecca served as an Employment Specialist and Therapist on an ACT Team for many years. She practices from a recovery orientated, strengths based, and trauma informed approach. She is trained in many modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, Enhanced Illness Management and Recovery and Smoking Cessation. Rebecca is a board attested licensing supervisor for the Minnesota Board of Social Work.
