Alyshia Bills – MSW, LICSW  is a licensed independent clinical social worker working as the Clinical Supervisor for Northway Intensive Residential Treatment Services.  Alyshia received her Bachelor’s degree in Community Psychology and Master’s degree in Social Work from St. Cloud State University and has many years of experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness within both residential and community settings.  Alyshia works with clients short-term (up to 90 days) in the residential setting and focuses on psychoeducation and increased symptom management to assist clients in gaining additional stability to promote success in community living.  Alyshia is in the process of becoming an MN Board of Social Work approved clinical supervisor.

Carly Reyes – MS  is the Treatment Director for Northway Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS). Carly has been a staff member at Northway since 2014. She completed her Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Capella University and is currently working towards LPCC licensure. She received her undergraduate degree from North Central University in Minneapolis. Carly has experience providing mental health services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and co-occurring disorders for the past 10 years in a residential setting, and has some experience with family counseling. She has experience facilitating psychoeducational groups and has had 10+ years’ experience in a supervisory role.
