Buffalo Hospital - Allina Health
Delivers quality, comprehensive care within a non-profit regional medical center to patients in and around Wright County.
Supports the mental health and wellness needs of the community of Buffalo, Minnesota.
Central MN Sexual Assault Center
Provides free and confidential services regarding sexual violence to all survivors and concerned persons.
Convergence Integrated Care (CIC)
Forms a system of community behavioral health care agencies under the imperative of the Minnesota Association of Community Mental Health Programs (MACMHP), a statewide mental health network.
Creates and promotes innovative vocational services to people with barriers to employment.
Focuses on pharmacy care to serve those with mental health and substance use disorders and those with complex, chronic conditions. A medication coordinator is located on-site at our Buffalo office.
Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation (GSDC)
National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)
Works to promote the development of community mental health programs and services, change public attitudes about mental illnesses, improve access to services, and increase opportunities for recovery.
Rivers of Hope
Coordinates a community response to end family violence through advocacy, education, and interagency collaboration.
St. Cloud Hospital Addiction Services
Provides medication-assisted recovery services to individuals with substance use issues.
United Way of Central Minnesota
Offers a confidential phone line for our Mental Health Navigation Services to quickly connect individuals with essential mental health and substance abuse care.
