Chemical Dependency (CD) Group – Morning Group

Morning CD groups are held at our Buffalo, Monticello, and St. Cloud locations. CMMHC is committed to providing substance use disorder (SUD) treatment to promote recovery and well-being for adults, adolescents, families, and the community. The services emphasized evidence-based practice models which improve quality of life through the strategic integration of substance use and mental health services. Services are offered through individual and group counseling to help the client identify and address needs and develop strategies to avoid harmful substance use.

Transition Trek

Discovery Center 214 1st Ave NE, Buffalo, MN

We are excited to participate in Transition Trek again on Thursday, April 27th starting at 6 pm. For over a decade now this event has provided students and their families as they prepare for the journey of transition with local resources who are here to help. This event will be set up with resources and support to individuals and families who with disabilities of all ages. The event is open to anyone in the public who is interested. CMMHC will have a resource table at this event with informative handouts and fun promo items to share with event attendees. Please feel free to stop by our booth and learn more about our services.

Better Together: A Day of Wellness

Monticello Memorial Stadium 5225 School Blvd, Monticello, MN

We are excited to participate in the Better Together: A Day of Wellness event on Sunday, April 30th starting at 2 pm. This is a collaborative event with Becker, Big Lake and Monticello School Districts to support each other's well-being. Families are invited to this FREE event to enjoy laughter, food and movement together. There will be a variety of wellness and activity stations and opportunities to learn about community resources.
