A to Z Mental Health and Wellness Fair

Central Minnesota Mental Health Center has committed to participating in the 2nd Annual Health and Wellness Fair at the Dassel-Cokato High School.  The 2024 health fair will be in conjunction with the Business Expo.  The overall event goal is to encourage community participation by providing simple health services such as blood pressure, BMI calculations, vision screening, mental health information and more. Mark your calendars now to swing by and say hello at our booth! 

Transition Trek+

We are excited to participate as a vendor booth in the 13th Annual Transition Trek+ event on Tuesday, April 23rd from 5 pm to 8 pm. This free event provides resources and support to families of individuals with disabilities of all ages. All are welcome to attend, including those outside of the BHM School District. We're also honored to have Marah Walker, MSW, LICSW present at this event on "Understanding, Identifying, and Addressing Mental Health Concerns with Children and Young Adults" at this event.

Communication & Social Skills Peer Group

Please join us at the Communication & Social Skills Peer Group starting on Tuesday, April 30, 2024. This group practices communication and social skills through interactive games and activities. This program runs on Tuesdays at 1 pm for 8 consecutive weeks meeting at the CMMHC St. Cloud Campus, Building B. Participants must be enrolled with peer services to attend. Participants must call to register!

NEW-R Healthy Living Peer Group

The NEW-R Healthy Living Peer Group is held at 1 pm on Wednesdays in the CMMHC Monticello, MN office. Participants must be enrolled in peer services to attend. Please contact the CMMHC Monticello office to register. 

Better Together: A Day of Wellness

Central Minnesota Mental Health Center is excited to partake in the Better Together: A Day of Wellness event on Sunday, May 19. This is a collaborative event with Becker, Big Lake, and Monticello schools to support each other's well-being. Families are invited to this FREE event to enjoy laughter, food, and movement together. There will be a variety of wellness stations (with some great make-and-take activities), and opportunities to learn about community resources.
