Outpatient Mental Health
CMMHC understands that people seek therapy for a variety of reasons. Individuals may be experiencing sadness or hopelessness, stress and anxiety, or problems adjusting to life changes. Parents may seek therapy to receive assistance with parenting strategies or help a child overcome obstacles. Others with a diagnosed mental illness may need treatment to cope with everyday problems.
OPMH provides comprehensive mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups of any age.

Each of our locations offers services based on the urgency of need. We also work with individuals to overcome barriers that prevent them from beginning therapy (transportation, appointment scheduling, etc.)
