ARMHS

Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS)

Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) are available to individuals who may be struggling to complete daily tasks due to mental health symptoms. These services are available to individuals covered by Medical Assistance who reside in Benton, Sherburne, Stearns and Wright counties.

Offered on an outpatient basis, our staff works with clients to develop a care plan that retains stability, achieve goals, and prevent hospitalizations. Our clients can receive services through face-to-face individual appointments or in groups that can be provided in a community setting of their choice.

With the support from these services, program participants are able to develop and enhance.

Psychiatric stability
Personal and emotional adjustment

Social Competencies
Independent living and community skills

To qualify for this program, individuals must have a recent diagnosis assessment (DA) documenting that Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services are medically necessary.
These services include Community Intervention and Medication Education.
Available through our St. Cloud and Buffalo locations. Acceptance into the program is dependent upon the waiting list.
