Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS)
Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) are mental health services available to individuals covered by Medical Assistance who reside in Stearns, Benton, Sherburne and Wright counties. To qualify for this program, individuals must have a recent diagnostic assessment (DA) documenting that Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services are medically necessary. This program is designed for adults who may be struggling to complete daily tasks due to mental health symptoms. These services include Community Intervention and Medical Education.
Offered on an outpatient basis, our staff works with clients to retain stability and function, and avoid more restrictive settings or hospitalizations. We’ll meet where clients are comfortable- in the community or at home- to develop a care plan that will help them achieve the goals they desire. Our clients can receive services through face-to-face individual appointments or in a group setting that may be provided in their homes, communities or office setting.
