Crisis Residential

This service provides a short-term, safe place for individuals to stay as they work through a mental health crisis. While providing 24/7 monitoring, the staff oversees safety and nursing assistance for medication administration consistency. Group and individual counseling, education, and service referrals help clients manage their mental health symptoms so they can return to living safely in their homes.

Qualifications for Services

Individuals voluntarily agree to receive residential services. Admission depends on bed availability.

Rachel worked at Cummings Care Center before joining the CMMHC team in 2009. She also volunteered with District 742 Special Education and the VA Medical Center. Rachel has over 20 years of experience in SPMI and Residential Treatment. Rachel is currently the Program Manager at Residential Crisis in St Cloud.

Janelle attended South Dakota State University, earning her Master of Science degree in Agency Counseling, and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). She initially worked in family-based community and residential treatment before working for 10 years as a psychotherapist. Janelle’s current role with CMMHC is as Crisis Clinical Supervisor in our St. Cloud office
