Located at the St. Cloud office, our Residential Detox facility is licensed by both the Minnesota Department of Human Services and Department of Health. We offer 24-hour receiving and referrals with 24-hour nursing staff. Our 15 bed detox is an unlocked, sub-acute medical facility that safely monitors persons admitted under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs or assists clients through a safe withdrawal. Stays are typically 12-72 hours and our staff provide a gateway to treatment resources. Admission is based on specific criteria and bed availability.

Meet Our Providers
Nancy Rossman – BS, RN, LADC
Nancy completed the Charles T. Miller Hospital Practical Nursing Program. She graduated from North Hennepin Community College with associate of nursing degree and completed her bachelor’s degree in nursing from College of St. Benedict. Nancy is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and a Registered Nurse (RN). She was a LPN in our Detox program for several years then became a community-based Case Manager. For 16 years, Nancy has been the Program Manager overseeing our residential Detox program and is a the designated RN in the Crisis program. Her areas of expertise are Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs, Erikson’s stages of developments, harm reduction and implementation of evidence based practice to provide positive client outcomes.
Sara Hueslman – BS, LADC
Sara completed her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in psychology and a chemical dependency counseling certificate. She is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). Before joining the CMMHC team in 2009, Sara worked at a juvenile detention center. She was a Chemical Dependency Technician in our Focus XII program before becoming the Program Supervisor in our Detox program. Sara’s areas of expertise are trauma informed care, reality based approach focusing on present and choice theory, and harm reduction.
