What is First Fridays?

Open Doors for Youth in Elk River is opening their doors to ALL young people ages 16-24 for a FREE afternoon of community and fun on the first Friday of each month! This new program, funded by a generous Joy & Connection grant from the Initiative Foundation, is designed to be a safe and welcoming space for youth to connect with others, explore new hobbies and skills, and hang out.

Whether looking to make new friends, find a welcoming community, or just a place to be yourself, First Fridays is where it’s at!
