Better Together: A Day of Wellness

We are excited to participate in the Better Together: A Day of Wellness event on Sunday, April 30th starting at 2 pm. This is a collaborative event with Becker, Big Lake and Monticello School Districts to support each other’s well-being. Families are invited to this FREE event to enjoy laughter, food and movement together. There will be a variety of wellness and activity stations and opportunities to learn about community resources. CMMHC will have a resource table at this event with informative handouts and fun promo items to share with event attendees. Please feel free to stop by our booth and learn more about our services.
