CMMHC at Project Connect St. Cloud 2025

We are honored to be part of this year’s Project Connect St. Cloud, an annual event dedicated to supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness in our community. Project Connect—also known as Project Homeless Connect—brings together dozens of local organizations in one place to provide a true “one-stop shop” for resources and support. Community members can access assistance with housing, mental health, veteran services, legal guidance for non-violent charges, and other essential needs.

At the CMMHC vendor resource table, our team will be available to share information about mental health services, resources, and support programs available in the area. We are committed to helping individuals find the care and tools they need to improve their well-being and build a brighter future.

This impactful event demonstrates the strength of our community when we come together to ensure that no one faces these challenges alone. We are grateful to be part of such an important day of connection and care.
