Join us at CMMHC’s Elk River office for our Sherburne County Community Support Program Fall Mindfulness Event! This special gathering is free and open to anyone diagnosed with a mental health condition, residing in Benton, Sherburne, Stearns, or Wright counties. Attendees are welcome to bring a support person.

Together, we’ll take time to slow down, reflect, and look ahead by creating vision boards and setting intentions for 2026. Vision boards are a creative and mindful way to imagine your goals, inspire hope, and bring clarity to the future. All supplies will be provided, just bring yourself and your ideas!
