These outpatient groups are for adolescents ages 12-18 enrolled in school and diagnosed with a substance use disorder. We focus on realistic changes that promote a healthy lifestyle by identifying triggers for substance use and developing coping mechanisms to replace unhealthy behaviors and habits. Our program encourages family and community involvement to create a continuing care plan before treatment completion.

  • Monday’s from 4:00 pm – 5:15 pm
  • Tuesday’s & Wednesday’s from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
• Family & Concerned Persons Group (attend with teen)
  • Monthly on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday
  • 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
