The Low‑Key Creativity Group is a relaxed, no‑pressure space for connection, creativity, and community. Designed as a small, inclusive group, participants can explore guided creative activities while socializing in a supportive environment. No artistic skill or experience is required — everyone is welcome to participate as much or as little as they prefer.

This group is part of CMMHC’s Peer Support Services and is open to individuals enrolled in CMMHC Rehabilitation Services. New participants can join at any time. If you’re interested in attending, simply let your provider know — they can help complete a referral to get you connected.
