Our substance use disorder (SUD) treatment services, held at our Buffalo, Monticello, and St. Cloud offices, promote recovery and well-being for adults and families. These services, which emphasize evidence-based practice models, strategically integrate substance use and mental health to improve quality of life. We help identify and address needs, developing strategies to avoid harmful substance use.

These outpatient groups are for adolescents ages 12-18 enrolled in school and diagnosed with a substance use disorder. We focus on realistic changes that promote a healthy lifestyle by identifying triggers for substance use and developing coping mechanisms to replace unhealthy behaviors and habits. Our program encourages family and community involvement to create a continuing care plan before treatment completion.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment that combines education and therapy to help you learn new skills and strategies to cope with stress, regulate emotions, and improve relationships. DBT is effective for individuals who struggle with emotion regulation, distress tolerance, impulse control, and relational issues.
